Ricalie on the sofa - not. James caught up with them after the show on Saturday. Ricky still feels he's letting down the people who did vote for them, but James was quick, quite rightly, to reassure him that he isn't - what else can he do? Two near-perfect performances is reward for those who did stick with him. Natalie admits she was shocked to be in the dance-off. Ricky noticed Craig out of his seat on Saturday, checking his feet during the cha cha - but noticed that he smiled *phew*! Looking forward to the AT; tingles when he sees Vincent and Flavia, will run from wherever he is to watch them rehearse or perform. Enough about Vincent already, says James, as Ricky threatens to devote the remaining interview time to bigging up the Italian Stallion! Nat's done the AT three times before, which is A Good Thing - she knows what they've got to do. They're also re-choreographing their fave dance, the Waltz, which they did in week one. Claudia feels threatened by the good job James did - she'll never go to a barbecue again, lol.
Choreography corner with Erin (standing spin doctor) and Ian (dance corporal) the dances all suited each couple this week, lovely choreography. The dream is to make the final, you have to give the audience something and not play too safe, while still pleasing the judges! Chrola had a great frame in his waltz, a hinge to a standing spin, he has to lead, impressed. Lovely travelling roll and crowd pleasing samba; Ola played to his strengths. They're re-choreographing the rumba, also their week one dance - brave choice - not that I think it'll affect their fanbase. The floating voters may not be expecting it though. But he's improved so it should score higher than before. Alian plenty, maybe too much, content in the tango, lovely turns, but nervy. Again, loads of content in the samba, did it well. Ian demostrates a volta, travelling step and a whisk, on the spot. But both with bounce! Ricalie is agreed to be one of the best boy ballroom contestants ever, feather step, fall away - he understands the smaller points; cha cha full of rhythmic body stuff. Mm, yes it was, rather ... Erin's turn on the Dance Machine Challenge: A big fat zero; the boys trouncing the girls at the moment!

Balance important, spend most of it on one leg - tight holds, loose holds, flicks and kicks, man leads all. Flirty, dirty, romance and sauce. Dont want much, do they? It's so different from anything else, there's a freedom, it's unique and can take two minutes or hours to choreograph, all depends on the music. Alian have the chemistry to produce the goods, Ali can be moody (in a good way!) Ricalie's height, need to think slow and beautiful. Chrola, small, compact, fast. V&F give us a little masterclass.
